HOW THE BATTLE FOR THE GOLDEN FORK WORKS
• Three local chefs have been selected from six semi-finalists.
• Each chef is given a mystery basket of ingredients they must use.
• 45 minutes are on the clock... chefs must prepare a dish from scratch to impress the judges.
• You cheer on the chefs as they battle it out for Food Prize glory.
