Food Preservation: Freezing and Dehydrating Learn how to keep your food fresh longer by freezing and dehydrating like a pro.
About this Event

In this class we will learn more about preserving food using the freezing and dehydrating methods. Freezing and dehydrating are both very effective food preservation methods because they stop or slow down the biological and chemical processes that cause food to spoil. They are both also excellent ways to cut food cost by preserving the foods that you enjoy when they are in season to consume later.
