FOOD FOR THOUGHTTobias Bornakke Bramsen on folk high schools, community and democracy
Join us for a special Food for Thought evening with Tobias Bornakke Bramsen, Principal of Grundtvigs Højskole.
Tobias Bornakke Bramsen is co-founder of the consultancy Analyse & Tal, an expert in digital democracy, and Chair of the Board of AkademikerPension. In 2025, he left the consulting industry to become Principal of Grundtvigs Højskole.
At Food for Thought, Tobias will talk about his decision to leave the consulting world behind for life at a folk high school – and about what folk high schools can offer today. Almost 250 years after the birth of N. F. S. Grundtvig, the folk high school remains a place where people can find time and community to explore who we are, how we live together, and how a democratic society is built from the ground up.
The event is organised by Crossing Borders, a non-profit civil society organisation that educates and engages young people to become active global citizens.
