Led by Jodie, our experienced Postnatal Facilitator, this workshop combines evidence, practical know-how and real support for the wonderfully messy first months of parenthood. We’ll help you understand your baby, their cues, feeding, development, movement and need for closeness, but we’ll also look after the humans raising them.
No perfect routines. No parenting rulebook. No pretending everyone’s loving every minute. Just practical tools, reassurance and somewhere familiar to come back to each week, because babies need looking after. Parents do too!
