About this Event
What if the most powerful tools for your health were already sitting in your kitchen?
In Chinese medicine, we say: first eat for digestion, then eat for nutrition. Digestion is the foundation everything else is built on, and what we eat is one of the most direct ways to support it.
In this talk, we'll start with the basics: how to eat in a way that promotes strong digestion so your body can absorb the nourishment it needs. From there, we'll explore common digestive issues many of us experience, such as bloating, low energy, and irregularity, and discuss how adjustments to our diets and food preparation methods can best support our health.
You'll leave with practical, food-based tools and strategies you can start using in your kitchen right away.
