Food and Mood: Beginners Cooking Session
Come along to our relaxed and friendly Food & Mood Beginners Cooking Session at CFINE Cook at the Nook in Aberdeen where we will be making Tomato Soup.
This is a hands-on cooking session where you’ll have the chance to learn some simple cooking skills, try out recipes and explore how food can play a part in our mood and wellbeing.
No previous cooking experience is needed. You’ll cook alongside a small group, with support from an experienced facilitator. There’ll also be plenty of time to chat, ask questions and enjoy cooking together.

The session is suitable for adults aged 18 and over.
Places are limited to 8 people so that everyone can get plenty of support.
Cost
The session costs £3. Free places are available if the cost would be a barrier to attending. Please select the free place when booking – no explanation is needed.
