**Following the Wild Thread** is a small circle of women gathering over five evenings, with stories from the book as our starting point and our own lives as the place we return to.*Women Who Run with the Wolves* by Clarissa Pinkola Estés, is a book that explores the instinctive, creative and untamed dimensions of the feminine through myths, fairy tales and old stories.
You don't need to know the book or have read it beforehand. We will read together selected stories and through guided questions, reflection and creative practices, each woman is to discover what speaks to her in her own way.
🐺 What might we find along the way?
There may be things you discover, things that remain unclear, and things you simply need more time with. All of that belongs.
⭕ A circle to return to
We will meet as the same small group throughout the five gatherings, to give ourselves time to become familiar with one another and allowing trust to develop at its own pace.
I will guide each evening with a story, questions and invitations for personal exploration. There will be space for journaling, reflection, drawing, somatic practices, movement and sharing.
My hope is that these evenings offer a little more room to feel the truth beneath our skin.
🍂 Gathering at the turning of the year
We will begin in November and continue into January, moving through the end of one year and the beginning of another.
Our fourth gathering will take place on the eve of the winter solstice. I imagine us around a fire, with wine, cheese and the warmth of being together. A chance to pause, look back at the year we have lived and listen for what we want to give birth to in the year ahead.

**Contribution:** €110 for the full five-meeting circle.
Payment in two instalments of €55 is available.
The group is limited to **9 women**. We will stay together as a closed group throughout the five gatherings, giving the experience time to unfold and our connections time to grow.

🐦⬛ A little about me
My name is Panayiota, I am a Somatic Educator for women and facilitator of experiential practices. My work brings together the body, imagination, dreams and our relationship with the natural world.
I'm interested in the spaces where we can slow down, deeply listen and become curious about what is truly and authentically alive in us. I value honest encounters, the wisdom of the body, and the possibilities that emerge when we gather in community.
This circle is experiential and educational in nature. It is not psychotherapy or a substitute for professional mental health care.
