Despite adversity – it was the COVID year – 109 members exhibited 155 works and 4,600 visitors attended the exhibition – both records for WAFTA.The ‘Follow the Thread’ title implies our 2026 exhibition is part of a continuum. Today, in a time of great uncertainty and rapid change, we are adapting and evolving as we move toward what is yet to come.
