About this Event
FMCG Collective x Clem Haxby from The Salad Project: U30s Meet Up for those working for a brand or in hospitality, or those that would like to work in the industry!
Join us for some drinks, snacks and a chat with Clem Haxby, Director of Product at The Salad Project at The Gallery, Tileyard and then for drinks afterwards at Two Tribes Campfire (2min walk from The Gallery).
Clem is the culinary goddess behind some of the best salads in town. Since launching in 2021, The Salad Project has gone from one site in Spitalfields to one of London’s most talked-about healthy food brands — proving that fast food can still be genuinely fresh, delicious and actually leave you full.
Clem is a trained chef, nutritionist & PT, a marketer, founder and host of a women's wine club, a published author and is currently launching a podcast for women using AI outside of tech.
From scaling The Salad Project across London to launching a bestselling cookbook and building a cult following online, she’s combined product obsession with strategic thinking to create a brand people queue round the block for.
Join us as we chat to Clem about her immensely impressive career!
You really don't want to miss this! As always, its free and tickets sell out fast!
If you can no longer come, please do return your ticket so that someone else can come in your place
The event is for U30s in the industry, but if you are on the cusp (like I am now!), come along anyway!
