Joining us on stage to share first-hand insights into their extraordinary flying careers are three former instructor pilots.They’ll tell unique stories from the very top of aviation, discuss the exceptional aircraft they have flown, answer your questions, and make you laugh along the way. Introducing Captain Paul Rimell, Captain John Tye and Captain Andy Wyatt. Paul flew the 747 and the mighty Airbus A380, the largest airliner ever built. John flew Concorde at twice the speed of sound and Andy was, amongst other great things, a member of The Red Arrows, the finest aerobatic team in the world.
Their connections and coincidences go back, though, over 40 years and now they have been reunited at the pinnacle of their individual careers. In the first part of this unscripted show, you’ll hear how that came about and hear some amazing ‘behind the scenes’ stories of what it was like to ‘fly the icons’ of the sky.
After a short interval Paul, John and Andy will take questions from the audience until we conclude the evening at 10pm. This show has sold out quickly at other venues, so book early to avoid disappointment!
