Ready to level up your cardio game? Join us every Tuesday at 7:10 PM for CLUB CARDIO STEP!
This class is no longer just for beginners—most folks have already leveled up—but don’t worry, it’s still beginner friendly. Tony will break down each step so you can follow along easily, and there will be modifications to fit your pace.
Come sweat it out, have fun, and step up your fitness with us!
