Fluentbody™ is a somatic movement practice that invites us to be generous to our body and mind.
With the help of poetic imagery, breath, voice and rhythm Carolin takes you on a journey of delicate, pleasurable, playful and powerful movements. Through creating energy highs and harvests, we open the doors to physical sensations and emotional landscapes that allow us to be and feel all of ourselves. With curiosity, and awareness we meet the many textures of our essence. The practice is an exploration of how to show up with generosity in and for our body, our soul, our mind, and each other. Fluentbody™ offers direct access to more resilience, choice, wholeness, and an entry to the art of connecting – move by move, breath by breath.

About the facilitator:
Carolin Goethel (www.carolingoethel.com) is a facilitator, nature based guide and passionate dancer who trained in the Fluentbody™ method with its founder Florencia Lamarca. (www.florencialamarca.com).
Carolin's is also a trained Yoga teacher and has been shaped by a wide repertoire of movement practices including contemporary and African dance, Capoeira and 5 rhythms.
What she loves about Fluentbody™ is the interplay between subtlety and intensity and the way the practice gently guides us toward wholeness — often with deeply cathartic effects.
She enjoys creating playlists that cover a wide range of emotional landscapes and people seem to really like them.
