🍁 A gentle yet energising slow yoga flow, connecting breath to movement with the intention of releasing and letting go all that no longer serves us.
🍁Breath work & meditation to shift energetic blockages, clear any heavy stagnant energy and awaken and connect to the power within.
🍁 A deeply healing and soul soothing Reiki Infused Sound Bath that will bring a profound sense of peace and tranquility.
🍁This offering is inclusive and open to anyone who wishes to experience and immerse themselves in the most beautiful self love practices. No experience is needed.
Contraindications:
Sound baths are not suitable for any one with the below conditions.
- If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy or have a high risk pregnancy
- If you are recovering from surgery or in chronic pain flare-ups eg migraines
- If you have epilepsy, seizures, or any unmanaged mental condition (such as bi-polar, schizophrenia, or trauma)
- Severe heart conditions - Participants with metal plates, recent surgeries, broken bones, major physical injuries, pacemakers.
All tickets are non refundable but if given at least 24 hours notice can be transferred to a future even.
