About this Event
FLOWER POWER: A Forever Flower Workshop
Come make something beautiful.
🌸 Forever Flower Bouquet — create a one-of-a-kind bouquet designed to live with you long after the flowers would have faded.
💀🌺 Día de los Muertos Headband — make a bold, beautiful floral headpiece inspired by the color, symbolism, and spirit of Día de los Muertos.
And if you're thinking, “I don't know if I'm creative enough for this” — baby, come on.
Kephera's creativity is boundless, and with her guidance (and a little help from the folks you didn't even know you needed to meet), you'll be amazed at what your own hands can make.
Flower Power is part of ABIDE: The Concrete Garden, Kephera's breathtaking full-store art sale at NEFER—a meditation on flowers and what they teach about what it means to stay, to witness, to accompany, and to endure.
So yes, you'll make something pretty.
But of course, at NEFER, we're always after something a little deeper.
You'll leave with something you made to remind you that you are necessary. You are infinite. And there is still so much beauty in you and because of you.
This is intentionally small so there is plenty of room for Kephera to get her hands in the work with you, answer your questions, encourage your wildest ideas, and make sure you actually leave with something you're proud of.
Come make. Come witness. Come stay awhile.
And while you're here, take your time wandering through ABIDE: The Concrete Garden and shop Kephera's artwork throughout the café.
You deserve to abide.
