About this Event
Come take a power flow yoga class at our outdoor studio in the heart of Barcelona!
The class will be held in our indoor Shala (but weather permitting, we will hold the class on our private Rooftop at Blaumeer Yoga).
I offer a dynamic, fluid practice based on Hatha Yoga - combined with Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga and Release Technique.
The class is in English and/or Spanish depending on the audience.
📍Meeting Point: BLAUMEER (GÒTIC) I will send you the location, once you confirm your attendance.
🙏 All levels. Beginners welcome. Bring your mat (or rent one for 5€) and a warm sweater and socks for the final relaxation.
