About this Event
Flow State is a monthly, music-driven Vinyasa flow set to an uplifting electronic dance music (EDM) soundtrack hosted by co-teachers Karen Adamczyk and Alexie Heimburger.
Beginning with a gentle warm-up, using fluid dance-inspired movement to shake off the week, awaken your body, and sync with the rhythm of your breath. From there, the intensity gradually rises into a strong, athletic Power Vinyasa practice. Expect creative sequencing, dynamic flows, and building heat as you cultivate strength, mobility, presence, and full-body energy.
The class will wind down with dance before settling into a deeply restorative, long savasana. This final stillness allows your nervous system to integrate the effort, movement, and joy of the practice.
No dance experience required - come move, breathe, and have fun. All levels welcome.
