FLOW IN THE DARK: Lights down, spirits up! Join Skylar as she guides you to move through a dynamic vinyasa flow by glow-stick light. We'll build stability and mobility in the body, then melt into stillness with a guided meditation to clear and calm the mind. Costumes are encouraged, and glow sticks are on us.
