Yoga at the Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin (HSSW)🐾Move with purpose. Give with heart.
Join us for Flow & Furbabies, a unique 60-minute yoga class held at the Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin for teens and adults. Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, this welcoming class is designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and find calm.
The best part? $10 from every ticket is donated directly to the Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin, helping provide care and shelter for animals waiting for their forever homes. Every class is an opportunity to invest in your own well-being while making a meaningful difference in the lives of these animals.
We also encourage participants to bring an optional item to donate. Some of the shelter's most appreciated donations include pet food, treats, toys, blankets, towels, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. Every contribution—big or small—helps support the animals in their care. This is encouraged, but optional.
Come for the yoga. Stay for the purpose. Together, we can nurture our own health while helping animals who need us.
$25 per person (includes a $10 donation!)
