About this Event
Join us for a grounding and creative afternoon designed to reconnect you with your body and intuition.
We’ll begin with a gentle vinyasa yoga flow, using breath and movement to awaken the body and bring awareness to the present moment.
From there, we’ll transition into a guided collage-making session, where you’ll explore your creativity in a relaxed and intuitive way.
This Spring inspired workshop is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and let new ideas form through movement and making.
A safe space open to everyone — beginners welcome for both yoga and collage. No artistic experience needed.
Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, energised, and creatively inspired.
Your Facilitators:
Pippa (@yogawithpips) is Yoga teacher and Actor who combines creativity with a calm and mindful practise. Her mission is to seamlessly combine her creativity and skills gained from her professional actors training, with the rituals of practising yoga.
Giorgia (@ritualisedsoftnessbygiorgia) is an artist and community facilitator who hosts creative and mindful gatherings that blend art, ritual and reflection. Her workshops invite people to reconnect with their intuition, creativity and sense of community.
