🌿Flow, Sound & Sauna is back!🌿An extended 75 minute gentle yoga flow, followed by a long rest accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.
Take time to rest and reset, whilst taking in the gorgeous views of the Wiltshire countryside.
All welcome, no experience necessary.
