About this Event
Flow & Social is the perfect way to move your body, unwind, and connect with the community. Start with a rejuvenating 50-minute yoga flow designed by Dawn to leave you feeling refreshed and grounded, then stick around for 30 minutes of social time to relax, mingle, and enjoy the atmosphere.
Your ticket includes a drink voucher for your choice of a refreshing smoothie or electrolyte drink to enjoy after class. We’ll also have food available to purchase, making it easy to refuel, grab a bite, and connect with fellow yogis.
Bring your own yoga mat, or if you prefer, mat rentals are available for $10. Just show up ready to move, socialize, and enjoy!
