About this Event
Join us for an evening of creativity, mindfulness, and relaxation in this unique fusion of pottery and sound healing.
Guided by Indira Totaram () and the team, you’ll explore the flow of clay through a handbuilding pottery session while immersed in the soothing vibrations of a live sound bath.
This exclusive workshop invites you to:
- Ground your body and mind with a short guided meditation
- Shape clay into a one-of-a-kind piece with hands-on instruction
- Experience a state of presence, flow, and and self-expression
- Relax into the healing resonance of crystal bowls, gong, and other instruments
What’s Included
- All clay and materials provided
- Instruction from ARTime BARRO’s ceramics team
- Live sound bath by Indira Totaram
- Your finished handbuilt pottery piece (to be fired and picked up later)
Spaces are limited—reserve your spot early. No prior pottery or meditation experience is required, just bring your curiosity and openness.
