You are cordially invited to attend a Prenatal Support Group presented by the Florida Department of Health in Duval County.
October is Pregnancy Awareness Month Month! Join us to:
- Discuss early prenatal care, healthy lifestyle choices, and awareness of pregnancy risk
- Receive education and resources from our community partners

Participants are strongly encouraged to arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled start time. Check-in with the registration desk upon arrival and confirm attendance. Receive session materials, including passport, handouts (PHB), and any applicable resources. We ask that you engage actively and respectfully in group discussions and activities. Please silence or mute mobile phones during the session to minimize disruptions. If you have any questions or concerns, please direct them to the session facilitator or designated staff. Once the session is complete, we ask that you provide feedback, if requested. You are invited to share any suggestions for improvement to help enhance future sessions. Please inform staff if assistance is needed, such as accessing additional resources, referrals, or follow-ups.
