𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞. 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮?You check that everyone's got what they need.
That they're warm enough.
That they've got somewhere comfortable to sit.
That they're happy with the plans.
Sometimes it's such a natural part of looking after the people around us that we hardly notice we're doing it.
But here's a question.
𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭?
Not because you'd organized it.
Not because you'd brought everything along yourself.
But because someone had taken the time to prepare an experience for you to enjoy.
That's something I care about when creating my Floating Sound Baths.
On 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟏 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫, I'd love to welcome you to 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞- 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐒𝐰𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐥 for an evening that's a little different from the usual Saturday night.
Outside, it'll be a chilly, dark November evening.
Inside, you'll be invited to settle onto your floating equipment, lie back and enjoy the gentle movement of the water beneath you.
As the sounds of singing bowls, chimes and other instruments fill the pool area, there's nothing you have to do except make yourself comfortable and listen.
You don't have to swim.
You don't have to meditate.
And you don't have to know anything about Sound Baths.
It's simply an hour where your comfort is part of the experience, rather than something you have to think about afterwards.
If you've floated with me before, you'll know how much thought goes into preparing the space.
And if this would be your first Floating Sound Bath, you're very welcome. I'll help you understand what to expect so you can settle in at your own pace.

Perhaps this November, you'd enjoy an evening where someone else has thought about the little details, and you can simply arrive and experience it.
