Step into a deeply immersive experience with Andrew Elson of Shaman’s Rest, where sound and water come together to create a powerful space for relaxation and reset.
This floating sound bath invites you to gently rest on the water as Andrew guides you through a live sound journey using gongs, crystal bowls and therapeutic instruments.
Supported by the pool, your body naturally lets go—allowing the mind to quiet, the nervous system to settle, and a deeper sense of balance to emerge.
This is more than relaxation… it’s a full-body, immersive experience.
What to Expect
- A gentle welcome and grounding with Andrew
- Floating on the water using supportive floats
- A live sound journey with gongs and crystal bowls
- Deep rest in a calm, safe environment
What to Wear / Bring
- Light, comfortable clothing or swimwear
- A towel
- Optional: small blanket for warmth after
- An open mind and willingness to relax
Health & Safety
Your safety and comfort are important.
- Floats / buoyancy support provided
- You do not need to be a strong swimmer, but must feel comfortable in water
- This experience may not be suitable for:
- People with pacemakers or serious heart conditions
- Those with sound-induced epilepsy
- Anyone with medical concerns (please check with your GP if unsure)
- Please inform Andrew of any relevant conditions before the session
- Follow all guidance from Andrew and the venue team on arrival
