💚 Floating Sound Bath at Birchington Vale 💚Give yourself an hour to pause, unwind and simply be.
Join Katie & Michèle for a gentle guided meditation and sound bath as you rest on a floating bed in the pool. Let the soothing sounds wash over you, with the water gently supporting you beneath. ✨
There’s nothing to do and nowhere else to be, just a little time for yourself.
Come alone for some peaceful space or share the experience with a friend.
All are so very welcome to join us 🫶
