About this Event
Floating Aerial Sound Bath event
Join Monica Kessler, experienced Aerial Yoga Instructor and Sound Healer, for a deeply relaxing Floating Aerial Sound Bath designed to give you space to unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.
During the first half of class, we’ll move through a gentle, beginner-friendly aerial yoga practice, using the silk hammock for support, stretching, and relaxation. From there, you’ll settle comfortably inside your aerial hammock and allow yourself to float into stillness.
As you rest, you’ll be guided through an immersive sound experience featuring the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and wind gong. The combination of supported rest, gentle movement, and sound may encourage deep relaxation, a sense of lightness, emotional release, or quiet reflection.
Every experience is unique. You may notice subtle sensations such as warmth, tingling, waves of relaxation, vivid imagery, emotional shifts, or simply the opportunity to rest deeply.
No previous Aerial Yoga experience is necessary.
For your comfort, please:
