About this Event
Float on Sunday at Frensham Heights
A Sunday morning floating sound bath in the beautiful surroundings of Frensham Heights, near Farnham.
Take an hour out of your weekend to completely switch off.
Settle onto your own floating bed on the warm water, close your eyes and allow yourself to be surrounded by the calming sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, drums and other therapeutic instruments.
Designed to help you slow down, release tension and quieten a busy mind, this is an opportunity to step away from everyday life and simply rest.
You’ll remain fully clothed and dry throughout the experience — there’s no swimming involved. Once you’re comfortable on your float, all you need to do is lie back, breathe and let the sound do the rest.
No previous experience of sound healing or meditation is needed.
What to bring
Please wear comfortable, warm clothing. You may also like to bring an eye mask and a small rolled towel or cushion to support your head.
As this experience takes place on a swimming pool, please only book if you are comfortable around water and able to swim.
Arrival
Please arrive from 10:15am, ready for the experience to begin promptly at 10:30am.
Unfortunately, once the sound bath has started, late entry will not be possible.
