Whether you choose to float effortlessly on a supportive raft or enjoy the warm water of the pool and jacuzzi, this experience is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

By purchasing a ticket and participating in Float Into Spirit, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
I understand that this event takes place in an aquatic environment and involves floating, pool and/or jacuzzi use, sound healing, Reiki energy healing, and spirit readings. I voluntarily choose to participate and acknowledge the potential risks, including slips, falls, water-related hazards, and personal injury. I accept responsibility for assessing my own physical limitations and participating only in activities that are appropriate for me.
I agree to follow all facility rules, pool safety instructions, and directions provided by event facilitators and facility staff. I understand that sound healing, Reiki, oracle cards, and spirit readings are complementary wellness and spiritual experiences, not medical or mental health treatment, diagnosis, or professional advice. No specific results are guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by New Jersey law, I release the event organizer and participating facilitators from liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from the ordinary risks of voluntary participation, except where liability cannot legally be waived.
Photography & Video Notice
Photography, video, and/or audio recording may take place during this event for promotional, social media, and marketing purposes. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge this notice and understand that you may appear in event media. Please notify the organizer before the event if you have concerns about being recorded so that reasonable arrangements can be discussed. Identifiable promotional use should be subject to any consent required by applicable law.
Ticket Purchase & Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge that I have read and understood these terms, accept the stated event policies, and voluntarily agree to participate. I understand that purchasing a ticket does not waive any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
If purchasing a ticket for another participant, I understand that each participant must independently review and agree to the applicable terms. A parent or legal guardian must provide any consent legally required for a minor.
