About this Event

After sell-out success in 2025, NZ Fleet Forum is back — with new voices, fresh ideas, and practical strategies to help you lead the conversation on driver wellbeing. Join industry leaders, fleet managers, and safety professionals for an inspiring morning focused on mental health, resilience, and performance — and walk away with tools to build a safer, healthier, more connected fleet.

Our great lineup of speakers:

Doug Kamo — Master of Ceremonies

A familiar face to many, Doug Kamo is one of New Zealand’s most dynamic live hosts and event entertainers. With his trademark energy, quick wit, and effortless rapport with the crowd, Doug will keep the morning flowing, the laughs coming, and the audience on their toes. Get ready for a lively, engaging start to your day — guided by a true professional who knows how to set the tone and keep the room buzzing.

Sir John Kirwan — Everyone Better, Every Day

Global mental-health advocate, entrepreneur, and rugby legend Sir John Kirwan (JK) brings his trademark honesty and energy to this inspiring session on performance and wellbeing. Drawing from his personal journey and the creation of his daily mental-health plan, JK challenges outdated views of success — showing that self-care is the real foundation of high performance.Expect real stories, practical tools, and a renewed sense of optimism about how to support yourself and your team every day. “When we all look after ourselves, we perform better — at work and in life.”

Dr Fiona Crichton — CARE: Supporting Yourself and Others’ Wellbeing

Dr Fiona Crichton, behavioural scientist and VP of Behavioural Science at Groov, helps people turn wellbeing science into daily action. In this interactive, hands-on session, Fiona first guides you to develop your own personal mental-health action plan — a realistic, science-based framework to strengthen your energy, focus, and resilience in the face of daily demands. Once your own plan is in place, Fiona introduces the CARE framework — Check In, Actively Listen, Reassure, Encourage Help — to help you recognise when others may be struggling and offer meaningful, compassionate support without taking on their load. You’ll leave equipped with practical tools for both personal and team wellbeing — ready to build a culture of care, balance, and performance in your workplace.
