Embark on a delicious culinary adventure where the bold flavours of Argentina meet the timeless charm of Italy. Designed for curious food lovers, this cooking experience celebrates the passion of Italian cooking and the vibrant spirit of Argentinian cuisine, bringing two beloved food cultures together in one unforgettable evening.Begin your journey with freshly baked Argentinian chicken empanadas: golden, flaky pastries filled with succulent chicken, spring onion and smoky chilli. Next, master the art of creating Parmigiana di Melanzane, a beloved Italian classic layered with grilled aubergine, rich Napolitana sauce and perfectly melted Parmesan cheese.
Then comes the star of the evening: a magnificent Argentinian Carne Asada worthy of centre stage. Juicy rump steak, expertly grilled and crowned with vibrant chimichurri sauce, is served alongside creamy scalloped potatoes and beautifully charred seasonal vegetables. It's a celebration of smoke, fire and flavour, where rustic South American tradition meets Mediterranean flair in every mouthwatering bite.
To conclude on a sweet note, indulge in Zeppole di San Giuseppe - light choux pastry rings filled with silky lemon cream, delivering the perfect balance of richness and citrus freshness.
No passport required, just a healthy appetite for great food, good company, and a celebration of global flavours.
