We are taking your tastebuds around the world, one country at a time, and without needing to find your passport.Last stop was Romania, and next we are traveling to Spain.
We will be serving 5 courses of individually plated authentic northern Spanish foods.
Start time is 6pm and cost is $50 per person for each of our Flavors of the World Series Dinners.
Menu:
Course 1: tabla de quesos y embutidos - A Spanish Charcuterie board consisting of Jamón Ibérico, Manchego Cheese, and Spanish olives
Course 2: Potaje
Spanish Bean Soup with Pork Shoulder
Course 3: Gambas al Ajillo
Sizzling jumbo shrimp sautéed in extra virgin olive oil with thinly sliced garlic, dried red chili flakes, and a squeeze of lemon. Served with warm, crusty bread
Course 4: Paella
A tribute to Spain's most iconic dish. Saffron-infused Bomba rice simmered in a rich shellfish and tomato sofrito broth. Topped with fresh shell fish.
Course 5: Churros con Chocolate
Freshly piped, golden, and crispy churros dusted with fine cinnamon-sugar, served alongside a warm, velvety cup of traditional Spanish dark chocolate to dip.
