☀️🏖️ FLASH MOB AT BAR BEACH – SUPPORTING HUNTER MELANOMA FOUNDATION! 🏖️☀️We’re bringing people together at Bar Beach to film a fun promotional video for the Hunter Melanoma Foundation, helping spread the important message of sun safety in our community. And we need YOU to be part of it!
🌴 WHAT TO WEAR
Come dressed in your best beachwear and typical sun-safe gear! Think:
🧢 Wide-brimmed hats and caps
🕶️ Sunglasses
👕 Sun-safe shirts and rashies
🩱 Swimmers and beachwear
🧴 Anything else that says “I’m protecting myself from the Aussie sun!”
📍 WHERE TO MEET
We’ll be assembling on the lawn at Bar Beach. Please arrive ready to join in, meet some great people and help us create something special.
⏰ WHAT TIME
9am- Roll up for debrief,
9.30am- filming starts
11am- everything wraps up
*if you're running a little late please still come!
🎬 WHAT TO EXPECT
We’ll be filming a flash mob as part of a promotional video supporting the Hunter Melanoma Foundation. No special dance skills or experience required — just bring your enthusiasm, your best beach vibes and a willingness to get involved!
