⏰ 4:00-5:30lm
🎪 Ages 10+ | Level 2 & Higher
During this 90-minute workshop, we'll explore:
🌀 Finding the pathway for flares — Learn how body placement, momentum, and movement work together to create a flare.
✨ Flares on different apparatuses — Explore how flare techniques can be adapted to different aerial apparatus.
⚡ Controlling your spin — Learn how to create a long, smooth spin versus a short burst of FAST spinning—and how to intentionally control both.
🎯 Finding your center — Discover how body position affects your spin and how finding your center can help you stay controlled and confident.
⭐ Different spin shapes — Experiment with body shapes, extensions, and positions that change the speed, look, and feel of your spin.
Whether you LOVE spinning or you're still figuring out how to keep your spin from controlling YOU, this workshop will help you better understand the mechanics of spinning while adding new skills to your aerial toolbox.
Find your center. Control your spin. Add some FLARE to your flight! 🌀✨
