Flags for Heroes is an amazing visual display of American Flags on the Manassas Museum Lawn presented by the Bull Run Rotary Club. Our goal for the Flags for Heroes, is to create anevent supporting local heroes while engaging the entire community in remembrance of the people that meant so much to them.
We hold this annual event around the City of Manassas’ Veterans Day Parade as a time to remember, celebrate, and recognize those who have served and sacrificed so much for our
freedoms, as well as those who continue to serve today.
Thanks to the generosity of the Greater Manassas Community and Business Leaders such as yourself, we have been able to
provide over $35,000 to The Warrior Retreat at Bull Run in Haymarket, a getaway for wounded warriors and their loved ones.
Heroes include but are not limited to: Veterans, Active-Duty Service Members, Front-Line Workers, or First Responders who put their lives on the line every day to protect us and our
freedom.
Honor your hero for a $50 donation each flag or honor your employees or personal heroes by becoming a Corporate Sponsor with a tax-deductible donation of $250 or more and be recognized on a banner plus 5 hero flags.
If you would like to mail a check, please list your "hero name(s)" on the memo line plus "flags" and make your check payable to: Bull Run Rotary Foundation (makes your contribution tax-deductible).
