Five Weeks to Awaken is a guided journey designed to help you create consistent practices that support your body, mind and soul. Through yoga, meditation, journaling, weekly community meetings and powerful weekly themes, you will explore what becomes possible when you keep showing up for yourself - on and off your mat.This program is open to all levels. Whether you are beginning, returning or ready to deepen
your practice, you will be invited to meet yourself exactly where you are today.
YOUR FIVE-WEEK COMMITMENT
• practice yoga five days each week at the studio or from home. On two intentional rest days,
choose another supportive form of movement.
• Meditate every day, beginning with a manageable practice such as five minutes.
• Journal every day using free writing or the weekly self-inquiry prompts.
• Attend one 60-minute, in-person community meeting each week.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
• Five weekly community meetings led by Grant & Allison
• Weekly emails and access to the Five Weeks to Awaken online program.
• Two recorded meditations and two yoga practices each week.
• Weekly journal prompts, the Participant Workbook and Personal Tracker.
• Connection and encouragement through the studio's private WhatsApp group.

STUDIO CLASS ACCESS
Registration is for this program. Participants must still purchase access to in studio yoga classes if they choose to practice at the studio.
