Welcome to Fitness Fridays at the Oliver! Join us every Friday at The Oliver for a fun and energizing workout session or join in on fitness restorative drumming and dance. Meet up with coworker, community members and new friends for a walk around Howard University's campus each week from 10:30-11:30am. There is something for everyone!
