Be among the first to experience our refreshed space as Chef-crafted holiday flavors take center stage in a three-course dining experience designed to make your celebration unforgettable.
Your evening begins with a seasonal first course crafted to set the tone: choose the vibrant Ultimate Kale Salad—layered with radicchio, Brussels sprouts, butternut squash, pomegranate seeds, and champagne vinaigrette—or our silky Carrot Ginger Soup, a comforting winter classic elevated with Chef’s signature touch.
For the second course, Chef presents three thoughtfully composed entrées:
• Marinated Seared Seabass, paired with green pepper coulis and a sun-dried tomato–caper relish
• Stuffed Airline Chicken with spinach, roasted shallots, goat cheese, and a bright tomato-olive sauce
• Tamarind-Marinated Rack of Lamb, brought to life with a refreshing mint sauce
Each entrée is served with Duchess potatoes or Mediterranean rice pilaf, accompanied by sautéed red and yellow beets and butternut squash—a colorful, seasonal medley.
End on a sweet note with either the decadent Marquis Au Chocolat or the bright, beautifully balanced Lemon Meringue Tart.
This special holiday dining experience is offered at $48 per guest, plus tax and gratuity.
