Join United Fray + National Landing at Metropolitan Park on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. from September 2nd to October 21st for free, instructor-led classes that are sure to help you break a sweat. No experience required. All you have to do is simply select the class you’re interested in from our lineup below, grab your gear and get ready to work!
Here's How the Punch Card Program Works!
Receive a blank punch card from a United Fray staff member when you check in to Fit @ Met Park. Bring your card to every class to collect stamps. Every class attended equals one stamp on your card. The more classes you attend, the more prizes you win!
- 2 events = Cooling Towel + 2 Free Training Sessions at M2 Fitness
- 5 events = Canvas Gym Bag + 4 Free Sessions at M2 Fitness
- All events = $30 Makers Union Gift Card + 6 Free Sessions at M2 Fitness
