By registering for and participating in any of our Fit Fete sessions this Fall 2026, you understand that dance fitness and other physical activities involve inherent risks, including the possibility of injury.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Fit Fete, its instructors, organizers, and participating venues from liability for injuries, losses, or claims arising from your participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
