WHAT WE’LL DO
• Learn a practical food-budget skill: Frozen & Tinned Count
• Watch or help prepare fish pie with peas & sweetcorn
• Eat together, or request a free ingredient pack and recipe to cook at home
• Compare affordable ingredients, portions and suitable alternatives
INGREDIENTS
2 tins fish or 500g frozen white fish; 1kg potatoes; 300g frozen peas and sweetcorn; 400ml milk; 30g flour; 30g spread.
Halal and reasonable vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free or gluten-free alternatives will be offered where stated and available. Tell us about every allergy or intolerance when registering. Our kitchen handles multiple allergens and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Places are free and limited to 10. A booking request is not confirmed until Feed Newport contacts you.
