First Wednesday is becoming something more.For years, First Wednesday centered around a meal followed by an activity, game or short message. While those nights gave us time together, we believe this gathering can become something more intentional for our entire church.
Freedom Night is one dedicated night each month where adults, kids and students can worship, grow in the Lord and build real relationships outside of Sunday mornings.
For the first time, we are intentionally creating meaningful First Wednesday ministry for every age—not simply providing something for adults while children have nowhere to participate.
Each Freedom Night will include our full worship band, practical biblical encouragement, prayer and a fresh monthly focus. At the same time, our nursery, Pre-K, Freedom Kids and youth environments will provide age-appropriate teaching, activities and relationships designed to help the next generation grow in their faith.
September Theme: Fresh Start-Resetting Our Hearts, Homes & Rhythms
After summer, school starting and changing schedules, this is an opportunity for our whole church to pause, refocus and invite God to renew the areas of our lives that have become distracted, discouraged or out of rhythm.
📅 October Launch: Wednesday, October 7
📍 The Hall at Freedom Church
🚪 Doors Open: 6:00 PM
🙌 Worship Begins: 6:30 PM
⏰ Dismissal: 7:30 PM
Something for Every Generation:
• Nursery for infants and toddlers
• Pre-K for ages 3–4
• Freedom Kids for Kinder to 5th grade
• Youth for 6th through 12 grade
* Adult worship gathering in The Hall
Pizza will be provided for kids and youth. Coffee, refreshments and light snacks will be available for adults. Adults should plan to eat dinner before arriving.
This is not simply First Wednesday with a new name. It is a new commitment to creating one well-planned, spiritually meaningful night each month where **every generation has a place to belong and grow.
