Together we will explore:
What babies feel and need in the first hours and days
How touch communicates safety, warmth, and connection from birth
How to read your newborn's earliest cues — and what to do when they need a pause
Simple, gentle strokes for legs and feet that you can begin in the very first days
How to build a massage practice that grows with your baby
You will practice on a doll, ask every question you have, and leave with a simple reference to carry into those first weeks at home.
