Burten Bell Carr Development Corporation, in partnership with Century Federal Credit Union, is offering a First-Time Homebuyer Workshop designed to help participants prepare for successful homeownership. The course will cover key topics including financial readiness, mortgage financing, down payment assistance, finding the right home, making an offer, and navigating the homebuying process.
Participants who successfully complete the workshop will have the opportunity to qualify for down payment assistance, subject to program requirements and eligibility. This partnership is designed to help make homeownership more accessible while providing participants with the knowledge, resources, and financial tools needed to purchase their first home.
