ABOUT THE CLASS
Join us at Root of the Soul Yoga in Worcester, MA, for a special First Responder Appreciation Yoga Class led by Cat Vacca, honoring the courage, service, and sacrifices of the first responders who show up for our communities every day.
This gentle, 60-minute, all-levels yoga practice is an opportunity to pause, breathe, move, and give back to those who give so much!
REGISTRATION
Registration is free but required to reserve your spot. Space is limited, so please register in advance.
