Who am I? What is the source of "me"? What is real/reality? These questions and more are at the heart of Yoga, and in fact all philosophical/spiritual traditions.
Satsang, or philosophical discussion, is a fundamental part of Yoga. During these informal discussions we will cover a wide range of topics, from the practical to the esoteric, with the aim of uncovering the deeper purposes of Yoga and finding ways to implement them in an increasingly complex world.
