First Degree Reiki Training

Have you been curious about Reiki or wondered what it would be like to work with energy to support yourself and others? Whether you're exploring Reiki for personal growth, hoping to help family and friends, or considering a new direction in the healing arts, this class is a wonderful place to begin.

First Degree Reiki provides a solid foundation in the traditional practice of Reiki, along with an introduction to the fascinating world of energy medicine. You'll learn about Reiki's history and principles, how it works, and practical techniques for giving Reiki to yourself and others.

We'll also explore research on Reiki and the human biofield, giving you a broader understanding of energy-based practices. For those considering working with others professionally, we'll discuss ethics and legal considerations for Reiki practitioners in Ohio.

This is an interactive class with plenty of opportunities to ask questions, experience Reiki firsthand, and begin developing confidence in your abilities.

Your training includes:

• Study materials provided before class so you can arrive prepared
• Powerpoint presentation with lecture, discussion, and Q&A
• Traditional First Degree Reiki attunements
• Guided, hands-on practice giving and receiving Reiki
• A First Degree Reiki certificate upon completion

After completing your training, you're invited to our complimentary Reiki Shares, held approximately every four to six weeks. These friendly, informal gatherings are a great way to continue practicing, build confidence, and connect with like-minded people.

Whether Reiki becomes a personal practice, a way to support loved ones, or the beginning of a new path, you'll leave with knowledge and techniques you can begin using right away.
