You'll learn hand positions, energy flow, and how to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others. It's a relaxed and friendly vibe—perfect for anyone curious about this ancient practice. Come connect, learn, and leave certified with your First Degree in Reiki!
First Degree Reiki is the first of 3 levels of Reiki certification. This course is taught by Leslie Jackson, BN, RCRT™, Reiki Master/Teacher, Psychic Medium. There are no pre-requisites. No previous experience is required.
In this course you'll learn the history of Reiki, what it is and the levels of training, basic anatomy and the human energy system, and hand positions and practice considerations. This is a wonderful opportunity to open up to trusting and tuning into your intuition! You'll receive the first attunement, have opportunity to practice with your classmates, and be provided with course materials and a certificate of completion.
As an added bonus, you'll receive a call from Leslie about a month after your class. This is a check-in to see how you're doing and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. For ongoing continuing education after your class, Leslie offers Reiki shares (gatherings) for her students. Shares are great for building community and receiving guidance and support for your continued development.
