Now that that bit is out of the way…
This is not for the faint of heart. I (We) am (are) going to run from Red Arrow Beach to the Manitowoc Lighthouse and (It's not that far, figure it out), while completing 200 Burpees along the way!(Doesn’t matter when, where you do them, just do them before the lake jump) The run will culminate with a refreshing jump in Lake Michigan rain, shine, snow, sleet, whatever!!!
Background: I have been doing this for years solo and decided to open this up to additional adventurers this year if you are up to the challenge.
