On the 16th October, a member of our community (Justine) will be giving up her time and running a First Aid Course to teach or refresh basic first aid.The course will last approx 90 minutes and will cover:Recovery PositionCPRUsing a DefibrillatorChokingDealing with Allergic reactions This is not for a qualification just a course for local residents to learn how to help save lives. Justine is a local resident, a First Aid Instructor and an A&E Nurse having been deployed overseas with the British Army.There is a £2.50 per person cost (plus booking fee) which will cover consumables.Space is very limited at just 12 participants. All welcome to stay on for a drink at the bar afterwards!
